Primary function:
To present and make known to client the added value of CBPISB equipment’s and services to potential customers.
Secondary function:
- Responsible to handle customer inquiry, take and review the customer order and arrange the delivery.
- To promote company products to existing and new customers professionally.
- To build and maintain good relationships with customers (local and foreign).
- Monitoring competitor activity and competitors’ products.
- To achieve growth and hit the sales of targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- To prepare and provide accurate quotation to the customer by generate accurate quotation report.
- To assist HOD for documentations of project tendering and contract preparations.
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- To receive any customers complaints and feedback to QAQC department.
- Any other jobs assigned by superior when necessary.
Organizational knowledge:
- Understand process flow for palm oil mill.
- In depth knowledge on CB Palm Industrial products.
- Knowledge in leadership and company policy.
- Able to analysis of market trends for palm oil industry and palm oil mills.
- Understand in ISO 9001:2015.
- Knowledge in regularity and statuary requirement.
- Planning skill.
- Project management.
- Knowledge in Marketing tools.
Limit of authority:
- Signing of quotation within the limit set by management.
Qualification & Working Experience Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Business or equivalent with minimum of 3 years working experience in managing a manufacturing company; or
- Minimum 5 years working experience in managing a palm oil mill company.
