Shipping Clerk

Job Description

  • Prepare and process shipping documents (DO, invoice, packing list).
  • Coordinate with logistics companies/couriers for delivery or collection.
  • Monitor and track shipment status.
  • Handle import/export documentation if applicable.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving.
  • Communicate with internal departments on delivery status.
  • Ensure packaging and labelling are done according to company standards.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma.
  • Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
