Job Description
- Planning and monitoring spare parts stock level for production and sales.
- Responsible for receiving /checking goods which in from outside or out from warehouse.
- Supervise, train, motivate and lead the visual inspection personnel to achieve quality and delivery.
- Planning and ordering material or request machining for spare parts.
- Planning and monitoring packaging job for sales order.
- Preparing packing list for packaging job for Sales & Marketing.
- Assist to key in spare part request to MYBS Software.
- Update Management on the quality, rejection, returned and other issues related to quality.
- Assist to key in raw material request to MYBS software.
- Implement and maintain store system according to ISO 9001 requirements.
- Any other jobs assigned by superior when necessary.
Qualification & Working Experience Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum of 3 years working experience in manufacturing company; or
- Minimum 3 years working experience in managing a palm oil mill company.
